Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Twelvenode, with or without an account. They are written for an early version of the service and may change; we’ll say so here when they do.

Twelvenode lets you build and edit websites from written instructions, make backgrounds in Studio, and, with a free account, save, share and export your sites. It is provided as it is, in an early version. Features and limits can change, and we may pause parts of the service, for example live generation or sharing.

You need a working email address to create an account. Keep access to it private: anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account. You can delete your account and all your projects at any time on the Account page.

What you write and the sites you make are yours. You give us the right to store, process and show them only as needed to run the service, for example to render your site and serve a share link. When you delete a project or your account, we delete it.

You are responsible for what you publish with a share link or export.

Don’t use Twelvenode to create, share or host:

Deception
Phishing, sites that impersonate another person, company or authority, scams or fake shops.
Illegal or harmful content
Content that is illegal in Sweden or the EU, sexual content involving minors, incitement, threats, harassment or content that promotes violence.
Other people’s rights
Material you don’t have the right to use, or personal data about others without a legal basis.
Malware and abuse
Malicious code, spam, or attempts to get around limits, overload the service or access other users’ data.

We may remove a share link, stop sharing for an account or close an account that breaks these rules, without notice when needed. Anyone can report a shared page with Report at the bottom of the page.

The free service has usage limits, for example on projects, generations and share links. They protect the service and may change.

Twelvenode takes no payments today. Pro and Agency are a waitlist only. If paid plans open, their terms will be shown before you pay.

We work to keep Twelvenode running and your data safe, but we can’t promise the service is always available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law.

Swedish law applies to these terms. Questions: see Contact on the About page.
